20-20-20 Cardio, Strength, Flexibility Register View Cart

It's like getting 3 workouts in one! Participants will receive 20 minutes of cardio work, 20 minutes of strengthening, and 20 minutes of stretching.  
Please bring an exercise mat, dynaband, foam noodle, small play ball and water bottle to class.
