Tai chi is one of the most beneficial exercises you can do for your mind and body. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner accompanied by deep breathing.
Mental clarity, decreased anxiety and depression as well as improved flexibility and muscle conditioning are a few of the benefits that can be achieved through its practice.
Instructor: Anthony Grimaldi
The introduction will explain and show the benefits of the movements; the breathing, balance and associated energy with this soft martial art.
Tai Chi is considered meditation in motion.
It is a mind-body experience for overall health and balance.
Movements are slow and can accommodate all ages.
Practiced correctly, Tai Chi will help students use their internal energy for better health.
Emphasis is on breathing balance, internal energy and a feeling of well-being.
No previous Tai-Chi experience needed.
