Come experience for yourself all the benefits Tai Chi Ruler has to offer. Participants will notice a heightened concentration, reduced stress, increased overall energy flow and normalized blood pressure. Physically, Tai Chi Ruler practice can lead to a healthier spine, increased leg strength and more functional articulation in all joints.
Instructor: Anthony Grimaldi
The introduction will explain and show the benefits of the movements; the breathing, balance and associated energy with this soft martial art.
Tai Chi is considered meditation in motion.
It is a mind-body experience for overall health and balance.
Movements are slow and can accommodate all ages.
Practiced correctly, Tai Chi will help students use their internal energy for better health.
Emphasis is on breathing balance, internal energy and a feeling of well-being.
No previous Tai-Chi experience needed.
