Challenge yourself in this non-aerobic floor workout!  Firm and tone your core muscles (abs, buttocks, hips, back, chest) with resistance exercises performed on or with a physioball (large fitness ball) and weights.  Physioball and weights are provided.
Please bring an exercise mat, dynaband, foam noodle, small play ball and water bottle.
