Guts 'N' Butts -Core Training Register View Cart

Strengthen your core muscles (abdominals, buttocks, back, hips and chest) in this non-aerobic floor workout using resistance exercises to firm and tone the core.  Large fitness balls and weights will be used and are provided. 
Please bring an exercise mat, dynaband, foam noodle, small play ball and water bottle.
