Sunrise Yoga
Drop in for Fitness Programs

Rules and procedures:
Once a class minimum has been reached, the instructor can take drop ins.  Drop-ins are only allowed if the class has not reached its maximum registration number.
The participant must register and pay for the class before they can participate so they should allow enough time to pre-register before the class begins.


General Information
  • Instructor: Antoinette DiMascio
  • Students must be able to sit, stand, and get up from a floor seated position without any assistance.
  • Appropriate breathing techniques and teacher adjusts, and assists will be incorporated, to allow the student to deepen their practice.
  • Learn proper poses, tone muscles, build strength, gain increased flexibility, and apply meditation, and breath work.
  • Leave feeling balanced, grounded and at peace, with a skill set to help deal with the everyday stresses both on and off the mat.
  • Drop in rate will be available only if class minimum is met.
  • Bring a yoga mat and strap.
