Fit Camp for Adults with Janice Pastizzo, M.A.
Get in shape for summer.  Feel energized and motivated!  Five consecutive days of one hour fitness classes that include cardio, strengthening, stretching and more.  You'll also receive nutrition tips, recipes and time/stress management tips to fit your lifestyle.
Register for the entire week, or as many days you can!
Please bring an exercise mat, dynaband, foam noodle, small play ball and water bottle .

  • In each class you will not only workout and feel good, you will develop and reinforce healthy lifestyle habits with daily exercise, nutrition, and stress/time management tips.
  • Fit Camp promises to energize and motivate you while increasing your heart health!

  • All fitness levels welcome.
  • Bring and exercise mat to class.
  • You will be given a new dynaband, water bottle, recipes and more!
