Mat Pilates - Mind Body Fitness Register View Cart

Adult yoga class.

Perform floor exercises, incorporating the use of simple breathing techniques, to build core (abdomen, back, buttocks, hips and chest) stability and flexibility while enhancing body awareness and relieving stress.
Please bring an exercise mat, dynaband, foam noodle, small play ball, water bottle and an optional 2,3 or 5 lb weighted ball.
