Build stamina, improve posture, create a positive mental and physical shift and leave better than you came. Focus on relieving tense muscles and work to build strength in your joints. No experience is necessary, just a desire to improve your wellness and learn to manage your stress better and live life to the fullest. Please bring your own yoga mat.
