No matter how you say it, pierogi, piroghi, pyrohy are a traditional, delicious, Eastern European classic! 
Instructor Christine Levy will teach you all the steps to making authentic pyrohy, just as generations of families did.
This demonstration / hands on class includes making dough and fillings from scratch for potato cheese and sauerkraut pyrohy. Students will take home their delicious creations!
Great class for beginners and experience cooks.
