Learn to make healthy and satisfying meals that feature summer vegetables and wholesome grains.  These vegetarian recipes are quick, easy and filling enough to be served as a main dish.  We will make hearty rice and quinoa dishes, red lentil and curry stew, vegetable based entrées; you wont miss the meat.  Students will take home samples of all recipes.
