Yoga has been shown to reduce anxiety and stress in children and improve their academic performance and classroom behavior.  This class will introduce children to the practice of yoga by teaching them to connect their body movements with their breath using fun breathing techniques.  Each class is designed to teach a lesson on love, kindness and acceptance through themed sessions based on favorite books or movies.
