Have you seen the beautiful fruit tarts in the pastry case at your local bakery?  They are delicious works of art that add color and flavor to your summer table.  Learn how to make your very own sweet summer masterpiece.  Participants will make the tart crust and filling from scratch and decorate with a variety of fresh summer fruits.  You will also learn how to make a custard filling and glazed fruit decorations.  Everyone will make a fruit tart to take home.
