Learn how to make healthy and satisfying meals that feature summer vegetables and wholesome grains.  These vegetarian recipes are quick, easy and filling enough to be served as a main dish.  We will be making red lentil curry and vegetable paella.  Hearty grain and vegetable based won't miss the meat!  Participants will be able to taste all recipes in class and take home generous samples.
