Dr. Antoinette has her doctorate in Religious Studies and is a certified Yoga Therapist, an experienced Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She loves to teach and share the wisdom that has been passed down to her.

This class will assist in better strength, movement, ease of joint inflammation and pain, and over all better flexibility to keep you moving! Breath work and meditation will assist in becoming more aware of your healing.
