This hour class is a wonderful way to experience Yoga as Medicine. Join Antoinette and explore, through gentle breath and movement, ways to assist in life's challenges:  stress, pain, anxiety, anger, relief of  muscular and skeletal discomfort.  Reclining poses using bolster props, and blankets are also taught. Breath and meditation to create change. This class is great for anyone who is overcoming physical or emotional traumas, or is looking for a way to relax and integrate yoga into their over-all wellness plan for daily living. 
All levels of yoga practitioners welcome.  Must be able to get up from floor unassisted.
Bring yoga Mat and blanket.

ONLINE CLASS INFORMATION:
Online classes will be held though Zoom.   Once you are registered you will be emailed a link for the class to download Zoom on to your computer or device. There is no additional cost to download Zoom.

Antoinette's husband and son will be on call for technical support during the first 30 minutes of the class for the first week if you have issues joining the class.

General Information
  • Instructor: Antoinette DiMascio
  • Students must be able to sit, stand, and get up from a floor seated position without any assistance.
  • Class is taught by a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training in yoga and Ayurveda.
  • No experience needed, just a desire to improve your wellness and learn to manage your stress better and live life to the fullest!
  • Bring a yoga mat, strap and yoga blanket.
