Jump in and explore STEaM through a series of engineering challenges!  Creative Engineering will engage students who thrive in a hands-on learning environment, love to "think outside the box" when it comes to solving problems, and enjoy the freedom and creativity this program offers.

General Information
  • Instructor: Mary Hogan from Kidz Compute
  • Imagine, create, test, re-design, and share solutions to the challenge presented.
  • Build towers, design marble labyrinths, marshmallow launchers, and more!
  • Students will utilize scientific reasoning and engineering principles as they design, build, adapt, test and reflect on their solutions to design challenges.
  • These classes will get students working in creative ways with recyclables, LEGO's, craft materials, project budgets, constraints and more!
  • New Challenges if you've taken the class in the past!
  • A $15 materials fee is included in the price.
