What are the benefits of strength training and building lean muscle mass? Increased bone density, enhanced cardiovascular wellness, and an increased metabolism so you are efficiently burning calories all day long resulting in decreased body fat and a leaner physique.  Learn proper form and techniques of strength training to feel stronger, healthier and reach your fitness goals!
Class will be done on a physioball (large fitness ball) using hand weights, dynaband, foam noodle and a small play ball.  A portion of the class will be done on a floor mat or in a chair if necessary.
